Halibut
Halibut is a versatile fish to serve your family. You
can prepare either stakes or fillets in a variety of ways. Of course
be sure not to overcook the fish or it will seem chewy or tough.
Baking halibut takes little effort. Simply preheat the oven to 350°F
and place the steaks or fillets on the baking dish. Prepare your favorite
marinade and brush the fish with it. Then bake for just under half hour.
For a quicker meal use the broiler. After you place the fillets or
steaks on a pan, make sure the halibut are only a few inches from the
broiler. Repeatedly brush with your marinade and cook for about 10 to
15 minutes. Of course, halibut are also great for grilling, pan frying
and deep frying.
